Our Service provides homeowners within Comstock Hills Homeowners Association with:

  • Access to HOA documents and information
  • Online payment processing for dues and fees through Stripe and PayPal
  • Communication tools and community updates
  • Meeting notices and community resources

3. Membership and Website Access

Since we do not require user accounts, all residents and property owners can access general HOA information on our website. Annual membership dues are processed through Stripe and PayPal.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, threaten, or defame other users or community members
  • Post or transmit false, misleading, or inappropriate content
  • Violate any applicable laws or HOA governing documents
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to access our Service without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others

5. HOA Governing Documents

Use of this Service does not modify or supersede your obligations under:

  • The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs)
  • HOA Bylaws
  • Rules and regulations
  • California state laws

These governing documents remain in full force and effect.

6. Payment Terms

Online Payments

  • All HOA dues and fees must be paid according to established schedules
  • Online payment processing is handled securely through Stripe and PayPal
  • Stripe and PayPal may charge convenience fees for payment processing
  • Failed or returned payments may result in late fees and penalties as outlined in HOA governing documents
  • Payment disputes must be addressed according to HOA policies

Financial Obligations

  • Your financial obligations to the HOA continue regardless of website usage
  • Delinquent accounts may result in restricted access to certain community services

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit through our Service
  • By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for HOA operations
  • You represent that your submitted content does not violate third-party rights
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms or community standards

Our Content

  • All website content, design, and functionality are owned by Comstock Hills Homeowners Association
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
  • HOA documents and information are provided for community use only

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain Service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
