Comstock Hills Homeowners Association is incorporated as a volunteer nonprofit organization seeking to improve the quality of life of its residents. The boundaries are marked by the LA Country Club to the east, Beverly Glen Blvd. to the west, Wilshire Blvd. to the north and Santa Monica Blvd. to the south. It strives to monitor community issues regarding traffic, future planned development, safety, nuisance factors, the environment and neighborhood aesthetics.
